Prep time: 30 minutes
6 large carrots
2 tbsp. garlic infused oil
1 ½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan. Peel and chop the carrots into finger-length batons and place on a baking tray.
- In a separate bowl, combine the garlic oil, salt, paprika and cinnamon. Drizzle the batons and ensure that each one is equally covered with the spiced oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until soft and golden.
